Clients and Newveau staff should be treated as an integral part of the business, because they are. Our business model is founded on the concept that fiscal growth is a byproduct of natural healthy growth. Therefore, all areas of business, including marketing, project development, and customer service should be performed with the intention to strengthen the operation, relations, and brand of Newveau.

This will require:
• Our services to be provided in a consistent, honest, and fair manner. 
• That clients be treated in a manner that promotes customer loyalty and trust that promotes repeat and referral business.
• Staff to be treated with respect and praised or rewarded for good performance. 
• That projects shall be challenging and  interesting to staff when possible.
• Newveau staff ideas and feedback be treated equal to managerial agendas. Because:
   ♦ Someone involved in daily performance of a task has a better idea of how to improve it then an overseer.
   ♦ Improving the quality of the daily workplace is in the staff's own best interest.
   ♦ A better workplace promotes better quality work

History

We began as the design department forSørensen Software (founded 2001). As we began gathering more projects and referrals from the company’s clients our department grew. The decision was made to form a separate division called Newveau. 

We appreciate the positive reviews by our clients, and plan to maintain our reputation for high quality service and customer attention.
